Giving through the Cooperative Program by Arizona Mission Network churches in 2025 met budget requirements but was below the amount given the previous year.

Cooperative Program gifts last year totaled $3,772,200, which was $30,440, or .8%, above the budget requirement of $3,741,760. However, the 2025 total was $48,537, or 1.3%, below the 2024 amount.

In a letter to pastors thanking them for their church’s giving, Monty Patton, AZMN executive director, wrote, “Your giving is making an impact in lives! I’m serious, impacting lives in Arizona and around the world through church planting, sending IMB missionaries, training ministers, helping families in need and so many other things. So, thank you! Churches have been strengthened, lives starting to heal and folks have said Yes to Jesus for the very first time. That is because your church decided that we can do more together for the kingdom of God than we can do by ourselves.”

The AZMN ended the year in the black by $179,667, with income of $4,245,926 and expenditures of $4,066,259. Income included the portion of Cooperative Program funds retained in Arizona, funds from the North American Mission Board, event fees and special gifts.

The AZMN Cooperative Program budget goal for 2026 is $3,757,037 in anticipated Cooperative Program giving from churches. The Cooperative Program portion of the budget is an increase of $15,277, or .4%, from the 2025 budget. The percentage distribution remains at the level set in 2023, with a 40-60 split between the SBC and Arizona, respectively.

For 2025, giving was down for all three missions offerings — the Arizona Mission Offering, Annie Armstrong Easter Offering for North American Missions and Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for International Missions.

Gifts to the Arizona Mission Offering were $182,431, down $30,864 (-14.5%) from 2024.

Gifts to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for International Missions were $671,693, down $1,010 (-.15%) from 2024.

Annie Armstrong Easter Offering for North American Missions gifts were $415,762, down $30,591 (-6.9%) from 2024.
