John Pope
Mosaic Church, where John serves as pastor, started as a dream five years ago. John and his wife, Amy, sensed God was calling them to plant a church in Amy’s home state (Arizona), since they had already done that in John’s home state of Ohio. They spent 18 months in a church planting residency at their sending church, Church on Mill in Tempe. Church on Mill allowed the Popes to gather a core group to help start a new church in Mesa. Mosaic Church was officially launched in January 2025. John and Amy have four children (Abigail, John Jr., Damaris and Naomi) and call themselves the “Pope Pack.”
How to Pray

For the unbelievers attending Mosaic Church who are
exploring Jesus but are not ready to embrace Him fully.
Pray they will embrace Christ as their Redeemer. -
For the young leaders at Mosaic as Pastor John disciples and deploys them. Pray they will grow in wisdom and gifting.

As Mosaic grows its volunteer base, pray God will provide
sacrificial servants in the church.
