Monty Patton
Monty was elected to serve as the Executive Director Baptists in July 2025. He had been serving as Associate Executive Director since 2023. Prior to joining the staff of the Arizona Mission Network, Monty served as founding pastor of Mountain Ridge Baptist Church and worked with the North American Mission Board’s Send Network, giving leadership to its Arizona/New Mexico church planting efforts. Monty and his wife, Nancy, continue to serve at Mountain Ridge. They have two daughters and seven grandchildren.
