Rodney Hammer
In 2025, Rodney became the Associational Mission Strategist for the Estrella Association, comprised of 40 churches. Under his direction, the Estrella Association installed a new vision and ministry plan focusing on transforming the West Valley of the Phoenix metro area with the gospel through church revitalization, church planting, pastor encouragement and community outreach. The Hammers previously served for 18 years with the International Mission Board. Rodney and his wife, Deborah, have a married son.
