Marc Hill
Marc is the state director for Christian Challenge collegiate ministry. Christian Challenge exists to engage college students with the gospel, develop disciples of Jesus Christ, mobilize student leaders for the church and send missionaries to the world. Many Southern Baptist collegiate ministries across the country inquire about Marc’s model of partnering a college campus, Christian Challenge chapter and campus missionary with a local church. Christian Challenge holds several statewide events: Propel — a leadership training retreat, Proclaim — an evangelism conference, Surge — a discipleship retreat and Impact — a missions experience. Christian Challenge students also play a major role at Zona Camp, serving as counselors and rec leaders. Christian Challenge is a recipient of Arizona Mission Offering funds. Marc and his wife, Lisa, live in Flagstaff and serve at Challenge Church.

Challenge campus missionaries serving on 23 campuses and partnered with 19 local churches. -
For Arizona Southern Baptists and others to commit to give their financial resources needed for each campus
missionary as they raise their own financial support to
serve in this ministry to which God has called them. -
For the 42 students who accepted Christ and the 37
who were baptized during the 2024-2025 school year that they may be discipled and grow in Christ.
