Chris & Amy
Chris and Amy serve as area directors for Send Relief in Sub Saharan Africa. Send Relief responds to crises and strengthens vulnerable communities around the world by meeting physical and spiritual needs in Jesus’ name. In their role as area directors, Chris and Amy consult, train and facilitate disaster response and community development projects in Sub-Saharan Africa. Praise the Lord that as Arizona Southern Baptists prayed for Chris and Amy in 2024, the Lord provided more people to fill their team. In the first six months of 2024, their Sub-Saharan Africa projects reported that 30,821 people heard the gospel through partnerships with 300 local churches, resulting in more than 1,000 new believers. Chris and Amy have served overseas for more than 20 years and have two sons, one daughter and a daughter-in-law.
