Centennial Vision

About the Centennial Vision 2.0

In 2028, the Arizona Mission Network of Southern Baptists will celebrate its 100th anniversary. In that year, we dream of 1,000 churches working together to share the life-changing message of Jesus Christ so that the lives of individuals, families, and communities are transformed by the gospel.

During the 2018 Arizona Southern Baptist Mission Network’s Annual Meeting, the 291 messengers and 44 guests representing the convention’s churches reaffirmed the mission and vision statements presented initially by David W. Johnson, Executive Director of the AZMN, in 2014.

Adopting This Vision

We are asking all Arizona Southern Baptist churches to consider adopting the Centennial Vision covenant and consider what it means for their congregation to be a Centennial Vision Church. If we are going to work together to accomplish this vision, each church must do its part. If we believe God has given us this vision, it cannot be something that is just voted on in an annual meeting and forgotten. We must take personal ownership and work together to make it happen!

We Have a Dream:

The Need for a Centennial Vision
