2026 Annual Church Profile

Celebration Report (ACP)

The Bible is full of moments when God’s people took time to pause and celebrate Him, His handiwork, His movement.

  • Psalm 150:1-2 calls for praise to God in His sanctuary for His mighty deeds and His greatness.
  • Philippians 4:4 encourages constant rejoicing in the Lord.
  • Luke 15:23-24 illustrates celebration through the return of the lost son.

We should take time as a corporate body to Celebrate. To look back this past year and see what our Father has done in our midst.

That’s why we call what was previously known as the Annual Church Profile a “Celebration Report.” Our desire is see the movement of God in our state. To celebrate things like the 3,245 baptisms, the highest in more than 20 years, reported by just 55.8% of our churches. What would we have seen if 100% of our churches reported? “3,500?” “4,000?” More? Every one of those salvations is celebrated in heaven, why not here with us now?

I don’t know about your family, but we take a lot of pictures of special events, things we want to remember because we are forgetful. We look back at previous pictures and see how much our children and grandchildren have grown, see how much fun we had at a gathering or a trip.

That’s what this report does. It helps us remember! Remember the mighty things that God has done and to report the story of God’s faithfulness. I get the joy of reading some of the stories and moments that God showed his faithfulness that churches sent us last year. They are incredible, and we are trying to see how we can make these public for you to experience as well.

I’ve got the same ask as last year. Please help us celebrate. PLEASE, don’t rob God of His glory by hoarding His handiwork and depriving us of the privilege of celebrating with you the work of God’s grace. We want to celebrate the international mission projects we go on, new believers (baptisms), generosity (total receipts/giving), worship (average attendance/people engaged), discipleship (Bible study/small group attendance) and God’s faithfulness with a testimony of what God is doing. We believe there is something to celebrate in every one of our churches.

Sincerely,
Monty Patton
Executive Director
